Bradley and Barney Walsh are back for another action-packed journey in Bradley & Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad, with the father-and-son duo heading to Asia for their latest adventure. The brand-new six-part series, airing on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player, will see the pair take in the vibrant cultures of Japan and Thailand while tackling a fresh set of challenges that push Bradley far outside his comfort zone.
As always, Bradley is hoping for a relaxing getaway, but Barney has other plans. From adrenaline-fuelled stunts to immersive cultural experiences, the trip promises plenty of thrills, laughter and unforgettable moments. Bradley admits he has no idea what his son has planned, describing it as "slightly worrying," while Barney is eager to throw his dad into the deep end and make the most of their time exploring Asia.
ITV's Head of Factual Entertainment, Sue Murphy, is delighted to have the duo back on the road, praising their ability to bring humour and warmth to every adventure. Dan Baldwin, Managing Director at Hungry Bear Media, highlights the show's relatability, capturing the highs and lows of a father-and-son dynamic that resonates with families across the country. He promises that this latest trip is their funniest and most daring yet.
Commissioned by ITV's Sue Murphy and produced by Hungry Bear Media, the sixth series of Breaking Dad continues to offer a mix of comedy, travel and heartwarming family moments. With its blend of breathtaking scenery, cultural encounters and Bradley's ever-reluctant participation in extreme activities, this latest adventure is set to be one of their most entertaining yet.
