Get ready, folks, because Tapped Out is about to get a celebrity glow-up, and it's coming straight to Channel 4! The hit YouTube series that's had us all crying with laughter is going big time, with a special TV edition called Tapped Out Prank Stars. This time, it's not just your regular pranksters causing chaos. Nope, it's three famous faces stepping up to the plate – and the cringe is going to be real.

The ever-brilliant Nella Rose is back to host, but she's got some backup for this one – none other than Harry Pinero. Together, they're going to throw every bit of mayhem they can at rapper ArrDee, comedian Fatiha El-Ghorri, and JLS legend Aston Merrygold. These three brave souls will take on some seriously bonkers challenges, all while being watched by a live studio audience. The longer they can last without shouting "I'm out!", the closer they'll get to victory. But there's a twist: the one who taps out first will face a final, utterly humiliating forfeit.

Nella is absolutely buzzing about it, saying, "I'm so so proud of the success of Tapped Out and absolutely cannot wait to team up with Harry over on Channel 4 to lay down some of the hardest challenges we've ever seen. These celebs won't know what's coming their way!" Honestly, if the original series on Channel 4.0 is anything to go by, we're in for some outrageous pranks. Remember when they pretended to be penguin experts or acted as nightmare gym trainers? Imagine that – but with celebs in the hot seat.

The fact that Tapped Out is making the jump from YouTube to primetime TV is massive. It's a huge moment for the creators, Wall of Entertainment, who've been smashing it since their days of Mandem on the Wall. They're calling this a full-circle moment, and honestly, it's hard not to root for them. They've gone from YouTube legends to proper TV producers, proving that the lines between digital and traditional media are well and truly blurred now.

This special edition was funded by Channel 4's Diverse Indies Fund, which supports ethnically diverse-owned production companies. That's just another reason to love it, isn't it? Fresh talent, new ideas, and a proper celebration of what makes British telly exciting.

We don't know about you, but we're already picturing the chaos. Aston Merrygold trying to convince strangers to buy some ridiculous product, ArrDee fumbling through a staged interview gone wrong, or Fatiha El-Ghorri being roped into a cooking challenge with a hidden catch. Whatever Nella and Harry have cooked up, it's going to be hilarious, awkward, and absolutely impossible to look away from.

Tapped Out Prank Stars is being filmed as we speak, and it's set to air on Channel 4 in a prime-time slot. So, get your snacks ready and clear your evening, because this is going to be the sort of TV that has you howling one second and cringing behind a pillow the next. Don't say we didn't warn you!
