Sky Original Thriller "Iris" Set to Thrill Audiences with Stellar Cast and Riveting Plot

Prepare for a gripping ride as Sky Studios and Fremantle unveil their latest co-production, "Iris," a sun-soaked chase thriller set against the backdrop of picturesque Sardinia, Italy. Helmed by the acclaimed writer and creator Neil Cross, the mastermind behind the hit series "Luther," and directed by Terry McDonough of "Breaking Bad" fame, "Iris" promises to be an electrifying addition to the thriller genre.

Starring Niamh Algar ("Mary & George," "The Virtues") as the enigmatic genius Iris Nixon and Tom Hollander ("The White Lotus," "Feud: Capote vs. The Swans") as the charming philanthropist Cameron McIntyre, the series follows Iris as she embarks on a high-stakes journey after stealing a mysterious code from McIntyre. With the clock ticking and danger lurking at every turn, Iris must unravel the secrets behind the code before it's too late.

Joining Algar and Hollander are a talented ensemble cast including newcomer Meréana Tomlinson, Sacha Dhawan, Maya Sansa, Peter Sullivan, and Debi Mazar, promising a dynamic and captivating viewing experience.

Connolly and Ian Scott McCullough are penning episodes.
